Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Zuku platform. By accessing or using Zuku, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Merchant", or "you") and Zuku ("Zuku", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Zuku eCommerce platform available at zuku.live and all associated services.
By registering for an account, subscribing to a plan, or using any feature of the Zuku platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
These Terms apply to all users including merchants (store owners), visitors, and any other person who accesses the platform.
Zuku is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) eCommerce platform that enables individuals and businesses ("Merchants") to create, manage, and operate online stores. Our services include but are not limited to:
Zuku reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or feature at any time with reasonable prior notice where possible.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register for a Zuku account. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indian law.
To use Zuku, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your name, email address, and business details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@zuku.live if you suspect any unauthorised access or security breach.
Zuku shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
Zuku offers the following subscription plans (prices in Indian Rupees, inclusive of applicable taxes):
Subscriptions are billed in advance at the beginning of each billing cycle. Your plan will automatically remain active for the duration of the subscription period paid. Zuku does not automatically renew subscriptions — you will need to manually renew when your plan expires.
Zuku does not charge any platform-level transaction fees on any plan. You keep 100% of your sales revenue. Note that your chosen payment gateway provider (such as Razorpay or Paytm) may apply their own processing fees, which are independent of Zuku.
All pricing displayed includes Goods and Services Tax (GST) as applicable under Indian law. Zuku will issue GST-compliant invoices for all subscription payments upon request.
As a Merchant on the Zuku platform, you agree to:
Zuku acts solely as a technology platform provider. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of products listed by Merchants, nor for any transactions between Merchants and their customers.
You must not use the Zuku platform to:
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
The Zuku platform, including its software, design, trademarks, logos, and content, is the exclusive intellectual property of Zuku. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our prior written consent.
You retain full ownership of all content you upload to your store (product images, descriptions, store branding). By uploading content, you grant Zuku a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of operating your store and delivering our services.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to Zuku may be used by us freely without compensation or attribution to you.
Your use of the Zuku platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Zuku, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Zuku implements industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and Zuku cannot guarantee absolute security.
All subscription payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Zuku does not store your payment card details. Payment gateway terms and conditions apply separately.
Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has commenced. If you encounter a technical issue that prevents you from using the platform, please contact support@zuku.live within 7 days of purchase and we will evaluate your case on its merits.
Zuku reserves the right to issue refunds at its sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.
You may close your Zuku account at any time by contacting support@zuku.live. Closing your account will not entitle you to a refund of any unused subscription period.
Zuku reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if you:
Upon termination, your access to the platform and all associated data will cease. Zuku will retain your data for a period of 30 days after termination, after which it may be permanently deleted. You are advised to export your data before account closure.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zuku shall not be liable for:
In any event, Zuku's total cumulative liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Zuku in the 3 months immediately preceding the claim.
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

Zuku reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
