How do I start my store on Zuku?
Simply click "Get Started", register your account, and choose a plan. You can set up your store, add products, and go live in under 2 minutes — no coding needed.
How much does Zuku cost?
Zuku starts at ₹199/month for the Welcome plan. We also offer Starter (₹599/3 months), Intermediate (₹2,000/year), and Professional (₹3,421/year) plans. All plans include 0% transaction fees.
Does Zuku charge transaction fees?
No. Zuku charges 0% platform transaction fees on all plans. Your payment gateway (like Razorpay or Paytm) may apply their own processing fees, but Zuku takes nothing.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. You can connect your own custom domain (like www.yourbrand.com) to your Zuku store for a professional brand identity.
What types of businesses can use Zuku?
Zuku works for all business types — fashion, grocery, electronics, home decor, handmade products, food, toys, dropshipping, and more. If you sell a product, Zuku can power your store.
How do I upgrade or change my plan?
Log into your Zuku account and go to the subscription section. You can upgrade anytime. If you need help, email us at support@zuku.live.
